Typewrite Order Form for Personalised Notecards
Typewrite exists to encourage written communication, for both personal and business relationships. The connection one makes through pen and paper (especially in the age of email and messenger) feels special both for the sender and the recipient. We hope we can design cards that reflect you (the way your words & handwriting do) and encourage people to write more!

Typewrite Policy 

Full payment is required to confirm your order. For online orders, we accept secure payment through Paypal & bank transfer only.

We’ll send you a design for approval within 5-7 business days, and once the design is approved I’ll print and deliver the cards within the next 5 business days (for Singapore orders). For overseas, the order will be posted within 5 business days.

Please note we are a small team and will update via instagram when we’re taking short breaks that may affect these timelines! We will always try to keep your wait time to a minimum, and if it is for a special occasion please let me know so we can work within your timeline.

The design will be based on the details you provide in the form. If it’s helpful please send us a photo of the person it’s for or give us some image references. We will design using graphics, pen & ink, watercolor/color pencil and a photo if you choose.

A $25 re-design fee per order will be incurred for substantial changes to the design brief once the initial design is created.

There are no returns. Exchanges are only accepted for misprinted, damaged or defective products. You must notify us of your product for exchange within 30 days after received. If you need to make an exchange for one of these reasons, please contact us first and we’ll start the process for you. Please provide photos related to the misprint, damage or defect of your product. Exchanges will be made for the same product only (size, style, etc.) and I will cover the cost of replacing a product.
